What currency are the prices I see on the site?

All prices on our website are displayed in:

  • GBP (British Pounds)Ā for customers in the United Kingdom

  • USD (US Dollars)Ā for customers in the United States and Canada

Your local currency will be automatically applied based on your shipping address at checkout. If you are shopping from the US or Canada, you will see prices inĀ USD. If you are shopping from the UK, you will see prices inĀ GBP.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system in eitherĀ GBP or USDĀ depending on your location.


Will I be charged any customs or import fees?

Customers in theĀ United States and CanadaĀ are generally not subject to additional customs fees on orders shipped from our fulfillment centers. However, customs policies vary by country, and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

All prices displayed inĀ USDĀ for US and Canadian customers do not include potential customs fees, though these are rarely applied.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allowĀ 4-7 business daysĀ for production and processing time before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers. Average delivery times are:

Please note: These are estimates only. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking numbers will be updatedĀ 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. It may take an additional 24-48 hours for the tracking information to show updates in the carrier's system.

If you haven't received a tracking number withinĀ 7 business daysĀ after your order shipped, please contact us atĀ Admin@wilmarts.com.


Can I track my order?

Yes! All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your package

  • The carrier's name and contact information

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.


My tracking number isn't updating. What should I do?

Tracking information can takeĀ 24-48 hoursĀ to appear in the carrier's system after you receive your tracking number. If your tracking number hasn't updated after 3 business days, please contact us atĀ Admin@wilmarts.comĀ and we'll investigate for you.


šŸ”„ Returns & Refunds


I'm not in love with my order. Can I return it?

Yes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer aĀ 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • You must have proof of purchase

Return Process:

  1. Contact us atĀ Admin@wilmarts.comĀ to initiate your return

  2. Ship the item back to the address provided (at your own expense)

  3. Include your name and order number inside the package

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Please note:Ā If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund. We cannot cancel orders once they have shipped.


What if my item is defective or damaged?

If your product arrives defective or damaged, we offer aĀ 100% money-back guarantee. Please contact us immediately atĀ Admin@wilmarts.comĀ with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged/defective item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate the issue and make it right — whether through a replacement, refund, or return instructions.


How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method withinĀ 10 business daysĀ in the original currency used for purchase (GBP or USD).

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us atĀ Admin@wilmarts.com.


Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds for returned items will be issued in the same currency (GBP or USD) used for the original purchase.


āŒ Order Changes & Cancellations


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order withĀ no penalty! You must cancel your orderĀ before it ships.

To cancel your order:

  • Email us immediately atĀ Admin@wilmarts.com

  • Include your order number and "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line

If your order has already shipped, please wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return using our easy return system for a full refund inĀ GBP or USD.


I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?

If you've misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, pleaseĀ reply to your order confirmation email immediatelyĀ or contact us atĀ Admin@wilmarts.com.

Important:

  • We can change the address to the correct oneĀ within 24 hoursĀ of placing your order

  • After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee address changes as orders may have already processed

  • No refunds will be given for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses after 24 hours

Always double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase!


Can I change my order after it's placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make a change (such as adding items, changing sizes, or updating quantities), please email us immediately atĀ Admin@wilmarts.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't shipped yet.
